Rum Lad is a diy punk who records and produces all his own work, from the tracks to the t-shirt designs, the gig bookings, everything...the whole lot, all aboard the narrowboat he lives on in a small town in Yorkshire.

Originally born and bred in working class market town Retford in Notts, Rum Lad writes about unfairness and inequality in the UK and shouts up for those people who understand what it is to be ignored and constantly frowned upon in day to day life.
